In this video, I’ll show you how to find motivated sellers on Zillow faster using Zompz and the latest Load and Refresh update. One of the biggest time-wasters when searching Zillow for wholesale real estate deals is clicking through properties one by one, losing your place and having the map refresh while you’re trying to build a list. This new Zompz update was designed to make that process faster. I’ll start from the beginning and show you how to install Zompz, set up Zillow using the KISS Method and use the new features to quickly move through properties without repeatedly searching the same listings. You still have to analyze the property, contact sellers or agents, make offers, negotiate and follow up. The goal is to make the search process faster so you can review more properties, find more potential motivated sellers and make more offers without wasting time going through the same listings over and over. I also explain the workaround we created because of the way Zillow refreshes the map when you open individual properties.
